Dustin Burdin
Senior Pastor
Dustin has been the senior pastor since 2022. He is married to Ashley and they have two sons. He is committed to expository preaching and equipping the church to make disciples and be a moral witness to society. He holds a Master of Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MBTS). He is also an Adjunct Professor of Ethics at MBTS and a Doctoral Fellow. He is an Apologist/Ethicist affiliated with the Missouri Baptist Apologetics Network
Bruce Salsman
Worship pastor
Bruce and his wife Debbie have been involved in local church ministry for years. He has served churches in Kentucky and other places in various pastoral roles such as worship and educational ministry. He holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and post-graduate studies in Philosophy at the University of Arkansas. He is also a full-time Hospice Chaplain.
Denny Doyen

Denny and his wife Tamara made their way to the Joplin, MO area after serving for years as house parents in the Oklahoma Baptist Children's Homes and the Missouri Baptist Children's Homes before that. Denny has a heart for ministering God's Gospel and Word to students and equipping them to be strong followers of Christ for life. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MBTS). He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity from MBTS.
